The location of the hotel was GREAT and fantastic - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Parliament Hill. Btw, went to city center, located just a short stroll away from the venue. We ate at an excellent restaurant with a nice atmosphere.
The staff was very unhelpful.

Simply wonderful facilities and a marvellous and reasonably good breakfast with special eggs or pancakes and baguette.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was luxurious and airy. I had brilliant food for breakfast with baguette. Location: the hotel was near the market as well as the restaurant. I tried some drinks at bar Joey Rideau, located 5 minutes walk away.

Just a proper fit for getting around the area in Ottawa with real value for money. The hotel staff was friendly and tried hard to assist, even when they were clearly overwhelmed. Consider finding an alternate route to navigate the hotel to avoid confusion with the stairs.

The hotel had a lovely bar and convenient downtown location, perfect for exploring. The small room was a downside and the shower lacked proper hot water. Staff were friendly, but I’d have liked additional bathroom amenities and an early morning wake-up from housekeeping was bothersome.

The location is very central and the bus stop, coming from the airport with bus no.97 and $3.50 suitably paying the driver, is just around the corner. The rooms are very well equipped and my wish for a quiet room was fulfilled. Also the pool invited to swim. I was able to leave one piece of luggage here when I travelled to the far north for a few days.

We had a very pleasant stay. we checked in early with no problem, the room was very good with a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was excellent! The interior design in the room was modern. Car park easily accessible by lift.
